Opening the Agent portal
- Sign in and go to /Agent (or click the Agent portal link from your account).
- The Agent Home page loads, scoped to your agent organization.
What you see: A dashboard for your agent org with navigation to Assets, Applications, Companies, Payments, Settings, and Get paid (Connect, identity, and license before application fees can charge).
Reading the queue summary
Home summarizes where each applicant stands so you know what needs attention:
- Pending review: applicants who have not yet been approved or denied by your agency.
- Submitted: approved applicants sent on to a linked landlord company and awaiting that company's decision.
- Landlord decision: submissions the landlord has approved or denied.
Tip: Use the counts as a checklist — clear Pending review first, then follow up on anything Submitted for longer than expected.
